Hi Team, the Manage Portal Roles interface that can be reached via the CRM Contact form, skipps working every now and then. As a result, the assigned User Roles DO NOT GET ASSIGNED to the Portal User.
This is a hard issue to us, as we need to have our sales team manage portal registartion and access right chnages in a very easy manner. Asking them to assign roles manually IS NO WORKAROUND OPTION.
