How can I pass a Query String value to a Add Grid Form, I have a look up field which is being set as a Query string value , On Add a new row, I am not able to pass it

Hello Krishna,
If what you are asking is "depending on a value chosen on a lookup you want to add it to the query string when you hit the add button on a grid", is this correct?
