Set Initial Sort of Grid Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi,
   Is there a way to specify the initial sort of a grid other than via the FetchXML? We have a fetchxml query where the column we want to initially sort on is on a related entity. We can't sort on that in the fetchxml. Was hoping there was a grid property or even client side (JS) means to set the initial sort.

   Answering my own question-- use the Kendo API.
