Hello Quang,
Since the 2nd form is not loading, it will always "Create" a new record and then re-associate that one to the existing contact.
To make passwords editable in this way just use the built-in Sitefinity reset password functionality. In the latest version of The Portal Connector, passwords are only stored temporarily in Dynamics CRM anyways, they are wiped out once Sitefinity sets the password.
