CRM Notes Cancel The title field is required!

   Hello,
   
   I try to add a CRM Notes widget into my form to create new Opportunity. But it show nothing when I browser to this page.
   btw, I add it in form which I load existed data to update then ​the CMR Note is display.
   Any body can help me ?

   Hi Quang,
   
   In order to add any notes to a new record, you need to save the record first to CRM, and then you can add any notes to it. This exactly how you do it in CRM, you cannot add any notes to a CRM record until you have created the record in CRM.
