Padding is invalid and cannot be removed. Cancel The title field is required!

   Just upgraded to Sitefinity 13.3 and TPC  v6.1.133.134.  
   
   The TPC solution in CRM was upgraded to version 6.1.1.   
   
   Trying to use the Manage Portal Roles dialog to add a user returns "Padding is invalid and cannot be removed." on save.
   
   What else can I check?

   Hi John,
   
   There are a few things you can check:
   - Check your CRM connection in your Sitefinity backend make sure it is working and the credentials are correct.
   - You can also try reinitializing TPC and installing CRM solution
