   HI, 
   Is it possible to create a form entry submitted hook for the portal registration that comes out of the box? I need to perform some action based on every form entry that's submitted.

   Hi Mahesh,
   
   I don't believe there is an OOB option to create a form entry submitted hook in The Portal Connector for Sitefinity. However, you can configure this functionality by implementing a custom event handler.
