Note Prefix Cancel The title field is required!

   If I'm using a note prefix is there not a way within the Note widget to submit the prefix when adding a new Note?  I can't update notes through a workflow so what are my options to allow users to see notes that they entered?

   Mason - we ran into some of these limitations and just ended up creating our own 'Note' activity entity so we had more controls on customization. It wasn't pretty as we had a period of migration but worthwhile since.

   How did you handle the migration aspect of moving Notes to the newly created activity?

   No need to answer my last question as I apparently imported a solution a found a while back that allows you to update a Note Title and Note Text through a workflow.  This allows me on creation of a note through the system user tied to the portal to update the Note Title to include my prefix.
