WorkFlow is not firing Unless I click the Submit button Cancel The title field is required!

   I'm trying to run an OnDemand WorkFlow using Rule Manager without submit the form using this snippet  $("[name=Set_Read_WF]").click(); to be executed  but the Workflow is not firing at all?

   Thank you for reaching out through the forums.
   Could you please try to see if the workflow runs when the rules manager is not being used?
