Migrations Cancel The title field is required!

   We are trying to use the migrations feature between two sites dev & live and are getting the following
   
   Error: Unable to connect to the remote server. 
   
   However if we try to go from live to dev it works fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or if there is a place more information is being logged to help troubleshoot?

   Do you get this error after you enter the details for the target site and attempt to test the connection?
