Hi Adeel,
Myfirst question is what is the Sitefinity version? If it's not particularly recent, it may be an issue that has been resolved in a later build of Sitefinity. Upgrading *may* fix it but is not guaranteed.
Issues like the one you describe are difficult to troubleshoot in a public forum as a look at the error logs is needed. I believe your best recourse is to reach out to support as the logs may contain information that can point in the right direction.
