Any Roles you create in Dynamics CRM will be
pushed out and synchronized with The Portal Connector when users are assigned
the role.
By default there are no Roles defined within
Dynamics CRM. You need to create roles that align with your business requirements.
To create a new Role, in Dynamics CRM navigate
to Settings >Portal Roles > click on “+New” to add new portal role >
update the portal role information.
Once you have created the role in CRM, assign
it to portal user to view it in Sitefinity.
To view the created role in Sitefinity:
In Sitefinty backend> Administration >
Roles.
