is there a Super User or Super Password option available Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi Team,
   
   from time to time we need to supervice the accounts of the portal users and therefor need a way to login to their specific portal account.
   
   Normally this is done by a super user account that can inherit a specific user ID to supervice the account or by a super password concept.
   
   Can you let me know how this can be achieved?
