Inbuilt captcha widget not working as expected. Cancel The title field is required!

   Inbuilt captcha widget not working as expected. Whenever we enter a wrong code and submit it is not giving Invalid captcha error, it is just saying Invalid form entry, how will the end user know that they entered captcha wrong.

   Unfortunately, it looks like you are facing an issue with the Sitefinity widget.
   Nevertheless, I was able to find a few articles from Progress Community with a similar description, which includes the resolutions and workarounds that might help you, in case you haven't seen them already:
