We are configuring the Knowledge Base Search function following the https://www.crmportalconnector.com/developer-network/documentation/how-tos/mvc-based-widgets/how-to-configure-knowledge-base-search-widget
I placed a Knowledge Base Search widget and a Knowledge Base widget(which is ticking the option Use Only as Details View) on a new page and then published it.
But when I am using this function, it can't return any Knowledge Base Articles in the form of a list.
When I search for something do not exist in our Knowledge Base, it displays "0 results for '[the word I input]' query".
When I search the keyword of one Knowledge Base Article, it just displays a loading snippet and then stays the blank.
Could you provide us with the possible reason for this?
I am pretty sure the TPC can get the Knowledge Base Article from CRM because the Knowledge Base widget can display a list of all articles and we can view the detail on another page.
It seems just the Knowledge Base Search Widget not working.
There are no errors in the browser console.
