Index was outside the bounds of the array. Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi, I'm getting this error "Index was outside the bounds of the array." on my form flow in a specific form whenever I'm navigating back to the previous form while I can go to the next form. Any Ideas?

   Can you provide the TPC version and build along with the Sitefinity version?

   This issue appears to have been resolved in a later TPC build. 
   
   It is recommended to update your TPC build to a more recent version. By doing this you can test the solution in your dev environment to confirm that the problem has been resolved. 
   
   Updating to a newer build also includes bug fixes, improvements, and new features, which can enhance the functionality and performance of The Portal Connector.

   Please note this is the build where the issue was resolved.
   
   6.1.0.129 - Resolved an issue with TPC FormFlow that preventing users from navigating to the previous step in certain scenarios.
