Form Flow module not advancing to next form on submit Cancel The title field is required!

   I have a page with the Form Flow module configured with 3 forms and a page to terminate the flow. The first form is displaying appropriately on the page and even submits the data back to D365 without issues. However, when clicking the submit button, I am not getting advanced to the next form. There is page-level error I notice when I debug in the browser:
   
   From tps-form-ajax.js line 228: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'action' of undefined
   
   postSubmitAction = responseJson.nodeData.action;

   Hello Kevin,

   Thank you for reaching out to us. This issue was identified and resolved in The Portal Connector 5.1 (minor revision 134) and all builds of The Portal Connector 5.2

   Please let us know if you have any other issues.
