Configuration element to the SecureConfiguration

    Hello,

    Could you please take a look at issue we experiencing with user registration and some other operations (for example Refresh Portal Metadata from CRM)?

    The error is the same:

    The plugin configuration does not include a configuration for portal with Id ________-____-____-____-____________, please add configuration element to the SecureConfiguration.

    Is there any documentation on how can we add configuration element to SecureConfiguration?

    TPC version: 6.0.7726.164
    Sitefinity Version: 14.0.7726.0

    Maybe it’s important: we have 2 portals pointing to Single CRM with identical versions, one of them is working fine, other gives this error.

    Got response from Support:

    Check to ensure the portal in question has a matching CRM Portal Id to the Portal record. On the portal side, you can check this at Settings > Advanced > PortalConnector > CRM Connections.

    Once you have confirmed that this is matching, re-enter and save your CRM connection information at Administration > The Portal Connector > Configuration > General Settings. Finally, restart the site.
