Attribute dropdown empty - GetParentFormConfig returns 500 Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi,
   
   Our SF site at 12.2.7222 has TPC v5.2.7200.114 installed. When we drop any widget like Yes/No field or the text field with Attribute dropdown in the widget, the values for the dropdown are missing.
   
   We recently upgraded the site to 13.2 and upgraded TPC to 5.3, but the error persists. There is an error visible in the console that makes a request to - /PortalConnectorMvc/Services/Designer/RelationshipService/GetParentFormConfig/30e65d97-1e1c-6d96-8691-ff00004eb51f which returns a 500 server error.
   
   Please advise on how we can debug / fix this issue.
