Sitefinity CMS Migration to Azure Cancel The title field is required!

   Is there anything that we need to do after we do a migration from sitefinity on Premise to Cloud (Azure ) CRM still stays on Prem no changes,
   
   The new users created are not visible in Sitefinity backend, its still getting created in the On prem old CMS DB, but the users are  created fine in CRM, no issues logging in using already existing users. what could be the issue?
